The following is a list of errors that have been reported but not yet resolved:

• Confirmation emails are being rejected by some email servers.
• Occasional page errors, in some cases displaying that the "Server cannot append headers". This is a transient problem, and you can typically go back to the desired page successfully.

The following errors have been resolved in recent releases:
